Caroline located the Opal and Diamonds I had in mind and came up with some lovely ideas for setting them…I didn’t feel rushed and she tweaked the design a few times, I was also able to try on a 3D model before giving the go ahead…the finished item is beautiful, I love it, and can’t thank Caroline enough for making my original very loose idea a reality. Caroline talked to me about ‘the journey’ and to me it was an important one. I had some jewellery that brought back bad memories and sadness. She took my vague brief on board, prepared some initial ideas and options, listened to my suggestions and produced two ring designs that were wonderful.
What I really appreciated was her expertise and the little touches she made to make it all flow together.
I now have two beautiful rings that I adore, sparkle in the sun and keep distracting me when I am working. Most importantly, they have brought me the joy and happiness I was hoping for.

Before our Dad sadly passed away, he gifted his two gold rings to my sister and I, including his wedding ring. Dad said we should "put the gold to good use" by making new jewellery pieces that we could wear. Obviously, it was about much more than this, we wanted pieces of jewellery that we could remember our Dad by, helping to hold on to the many years of precious memories. Caroline spent time with us both, talking about what was important to us and then created mood boards with some ideas and design options. The final ring designs she created, reflected our own individual thoughts and styles whilst retaining the overall charm and sentiment of Dad's original rings. Caroline is not only very creative but also caring and thoughtful in her approach, which was obviously very important to us, given the nature of our requirements. We are so happy with our rings and wear them with pride every day.

I got in touch with Caroline after receiving a beautiful pink Morganite from my parents-in-law for my 40th birthday. I knew that I wanted it set as a dazzling dress ring but as I don’t have an artistic flair or any technical jewellery knowledge, I was daunted by the process, options, decision making and costs. One meeting with Caroline and any anxieties were transformed into excitement as I relaxed into so clearly being in the hands of such a talented expert. Seeing my awkwardly expressed ideas turned into wonderful sketches as we spoke was my favourite part, but the whole process was such a delight. The finished piece is even more wonderful than I’d imagined and it gives me such pleasure to know it’s one of a kind, created with such care and attention, just for me.
