Caroline helped me so much with getting my new engagement ring created and made after having a multitude of problems with my original ring. Caroline was on the end of the phone to give me endless advise, she proposed different options and price points to achieve getting the ring I wanted within the budget we had to spend.
I received CAD drawings and a 3D model ring in great time and once everything was approved my ring was swiftly made within the timeline I was given.
All in all the experience from start to finish was amazing, with customer service being second to none. I have ultimately ended up with my beautiful forever ring, thank you Caroline!
